Elegant fully mouthfeel, but aftera few steeps not so much aroma, turns more into sour, bitter, aged notes. but still good!, qi not very strong

starts smokey, forest, stable, aged notes, sourness, herbal, after 3rd steep no strong aroma

starts with full oily mouthfeel, some bitterness, returning sweetness, later more sourness and bitterness, and more ‘simple’, watery, aged taste / second tasting (gaiwan, cooler water): prominent herbal and smokeyness, great liquor, nice sweetness coming through, fresh but also some aged character, no sourness, just fresh w some aged and great character & feel
