A bright, sweet Wangong, juicy and light.
brown sugar, berries, malt, barnyard notes, hunch of mushroom, intriguing
starts with a nice sweetness, first impression is good coherent mouthfeel, but also a bit watery light. lot of the aroma comes through the nasal cavity, overall brighter notes and what I would call forest sweetness (malty, creamy, sweet, with a little bit of floral note to it and a woody backbone), no bitterness and barely any astringency. some vegetal/herbal note after the first sweet impression has faded, - no heavy body. Thats also why toward the end there is more of a watery feel, bc the lighter notes and sweetness have been washed out (reminds a bit of overly chewed bubblegum juice fruit;) - overall a very tasty and clean drinker. Appears like good material and well processed.
