I got this Sample as a gift from my last order. Drank it today in the small (45mL) Gaiwan on my front porch.

From the start, it carried a clear mountain-water minerality with herbal tones and a hint of vermouth-like bitterness. The texture was pleasantly viscous, with a depth and resonance that moved through the body in a noticeable way. Its like this tea has more to tell than just taste.

As the session progressed, the liquor grew more mouthwatering, and showed a satisfying sense of fullness. Reminded me of a kind of ‘original’ tea flavour - if something like this exists.

Tastewise, not exactly in my beloved sweet thick yiwu taste, but the leaves are certainly of excellent quality.
