Warming, round, and a bit pushy
Wet Leaf Aroma
warm, mushroom, earthy, smooth
Tasting Notes
Taste is creamy woody mushroom notes with a earthy base and a slight mustiness. It feels like “everything comes in one piece”. Good texture: pleasantly silky, though not ultra-thick. Complexity sits in the mid-range for a Shu. No major off-notes; just a faint hint of wo dui. Overall very round and full, though without the long, ringing aftertaste you’d expect from a good Sheng.
