Wild mountain herbs, gentle sweetness.
Wet Leaf Aroma
Honey, straw, malt, barnyard, sweet
Tasting Notes
Opens with a light sugar sweetness and a juicy thin character. The mouthfeel is light, with a watery texture. Woody undertones emerge alongside medicinal bitterness reminiscent of artemisia, and herbal-mineral notes linger on the back of the palate. Slight peppery spicyness. The balance of sweetness and herbal vermouth-like bitterness creates a satisfying body in this otherwise light tea. Overall, the wild herb character (and mineral notes) are the dominant impression.
