Starts w quite thick texture, smoky “banzhang” flavour, but low sweetness, a nice bitter and a hunch of sourness which goes away later, but still fruity, with a bit of woody base, present qi, starts poignant, gets smoother later on, also with more apparent sweetness and jingmai coming through
