Tasting Notes
Starts with a great mouthfeel of resinous, slightly malty liquor, with a woody base and a pleasant sourness, like eating grass. A fast-returning sweetness follows, along with walnut, fruity flavours, and aged complexity. It leaves a thick, mouthwatering feel and shows the typical Green Mark leatheryness. A cooling sensation spreads across the tongue and lingers in the aftertaste—almost minty. The camphor note tastes like a spruce forest.
